JOB TITLE: Sales Executive
JOB LOCATION: Abuja
JOB CONTRACT TYPE: Regular/ Permanent
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Resolve customer
complaints quickly and effectively.
Ø Forward upselling and
cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
Ø Promote high-quality
sales, supply and customer service processes.
Ø Aim to preserve
customers and renew contracts.
Ø Approach potential
customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
Ø Identifying opportunities for greater profits.
Ø Follow up on customer's requests such as pay in
cheque, process transactions.
Ø Update new deposits and new accounts on the
system daily.
Ø Provision and safe keeping of customers’
information and files.
Ø Cash pick up from the customer for deposit
into their account.
QUALIFICATION
Ø HND, B.Sc, in any related field
Ø Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing
Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning,
Competitive Analysis, Client Relationships, Creative Services.
Ø OND/NCE in
Finance, Banking or relevant field
