New Music: Sandra Karo releases new song - Enta di mata

Nigeria artist Sandra Karo, releases a song titled 'Enta do Mata' a short prayer song for the country done acoustically featuring Ben on the guitar. The song speaks volume and brings it home. It is a prayer that is in the heart of many today. 

Sandra Karo, a gospel artist in Nigeria and fast rising just released her Debut EP 'STAY' which can be gotten on digital platforms.

'Enta Di Mata' is that song I never imagined myself writing...

A song that comes home and speaks the language of the people, I am glad I had Ben push me to write a song like this.

The song title is born from the Nigerian slang for a way of saying 'we need you', 'come do something' , 'answer our prayers' 'in this very issue, come and speak to us'.

Writing the song, we were just actually doing a freestyle at the studio and we thought we could write about our country. Thinking of what is happening, the economic meltdown, bad roads, bandits kidnappings and all, all that was left to do was to pray to God to help us, make things better hence the line 'make our life better'

Writing a song in #pidgin for me is crossing a milestone and I enjoyed every bit. Might do more in time to come.

My Ernest prayer is that, as we sing this song, as we pray it, things will get better in #Nigeria.
