Wednesday, August 2, 2017

A new date has been set for the court hearing involving singer, Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, better known as Dammy Krane, and his accomplice, identified as Chukwuebuka, who will both stand trial for fraud and grand theft charges.
According to Miami-Dade County Criminal Justice Online System’s entry on the felony case, the arraignment hearing involving Dammy Krane and his accomplice has now been rescheduled for August 17, 2017.
The portal also revealed that Dammy Krane, who will have Courtney Erik as his defense attorney and Migiel De La O as judge, is expected to appear in the court room of the Justice Building, Room 4-3, on the said date by 9:15 am.
If found guilty of grand theft, which is a felony offense, and other charges, the singer will be faced with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, as well as a permanent criminal record.
Recall that Dammy Krane and his accomplice were arrested by security operatives in the US in May, after he allegedly used stolen credit card details to book a jet for a trip to Miami from a private jet leasing company known as Tap Jets.
